What makes a “good” photograph? To some degree, it’s quite subjective but there are still some basic things to know, look for and/ or create in order to satisfy that question. In a short workshop, we’ll see and discuss examples of what can make all the difference! Participants are invited to bring in a few images for gentle critique [in print, on an external drive or via their own laptop] but it's not required for attendance. Whichever type of camera you use is fine!
Vivian is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts, NYC (BFA Photo’82), has worked professionally, both commercially and also exhibits in galleries and museums. Far from a tech wiz but comfortable with having that “eye’ for photography and wanting to share what she can to help others better express what they see, feel, and want to say with their images.
